Free is genuinely free. You log workouts, track streaks, and get 3 coach messages a week. No trial timer. Most people start here and upgrade when the coach starts paying for itself.
Is yearly actually 30% off?
Yes — ₹209/mo on Pro instead of ₹299. Billed once a year as ₹2,499. Swap to yearly anytime and we prorate the difference.
Who uses Team?
Couples training together, families sharing meal plans, small gym squads, coaches running a 5-person program. Everyone gets their own Pro account — the payer just gets one bill and a shared board.
Do you store my health data?
Encrypted end-to-end. We never sell it. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account (and all data) from settings in one tap.
